Brenda Cartmill Potente

Brenda serves as the Business Manager at POTENTE. As the firm’s longest-serving employee, she brings several years of experience in business management and a core ideology that effectively employing business practices and providing excellent service are instrumental in providing the best client experience.

Brenda is a native San Diegan who has a passion for organization and helping others. She obtained her B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University, with an emphasis in media studies and a minor in sociology. Brenda also received her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated with honors and was inducted as a member of Delta Mu Delta, an organization that recognizes those with high achievements. Her business degree and work experience over the years has helped improve the overall client experience at POTENTE.

During her free time, Brenda enjoys hiking, CrossFit training, and running. Her focus and determination have paid off, as she has completed several half marathons and other races over the years. Brenda’s main motivator and cheerleader is her daughter, Sophia. When she is not training for a race, Brenda likes traveling and going to Disneyland.
