Erica attended American University in Washington, D.C., where she received her degree in Law & Justice, a minor in Psychology, and an Advanced Certificate in Leadership Studies.

Over the several years from undergraduate to law school, Erica progressed from Account Executive to General Manager for the Hawaii location of a staffing firm specializing in hospitality, light industrial, and administrative work.  During her time in Hawaii – Erica contributed to corporate strategies and successfully embedded these strategies into operations at a local level, expanded to new revenue generating verticals, and conceived of and launched a community program that resulted an expansion of access to hundreds of jobs across the state.

Erica has just finished her first year at California Western School of Law and is very excited join POTENTE as a law clerk furthering her passion for both law and business.

In her free time, Erica likes to spend time outdoors, travel, workout, and paint!
