Potente, Business Lawyer and Company Formation

At POTENTE, our entire team has worked very hard to spread our global presence. Whether it be our global network of colleagues and clients, or a physical presence in global locations such as Mexico City and Tokyo, our global outreach is a primary objective of our firm. We firmly believe with these objectives in mind, we can maximize our level of service to the global businesses and investors that we represent on a daily basis.

Similar to how we built our client base and colleague relationships in Mexico City and Tokyo (and other cities globally), we are proud to announce our expansion into the Caribbean region. This has been undertaken with methodical and strategic planning. For the five past years, we have spent significant time in the Caribbean in several countries conducting due diligence on behalf of our firm and for our clients. In doing so, we have expanded our client portfolio and built a trusted and strong Caribbean network of colleagues comprised of entrepreneurs, professionals, and other talented people who reflect the core objectives and work ethic of POTENTE.

While we will work throughout the entire region, we will be based out of Antigua & Barbuda (“Antigua”). As you may know, Antigua is a beautiful country that features a vibrant business climate and many investment opportunities for businesses, investors, and individuals. Furthermore, the community of trusted advisors and business colleagues that we have developed throughout Antigua gives us the strong confidence that we have the resources to best serve our clients looking to financially or physically expand into Antigua or the region as a whole.

Similar to our operations in other cities, we look forward to assisting our clients and colleagues who are looking for opportunities to expand their brand, company, or personal lifestyle into the Caribbean region. For more information regarding the services we provide to our clients, please visit www.potente.com.

We look forward to seeing you and assisting you in the Caribbean!
